  • Online Registration for 2016-2017

    Families wishing to register a new student for the 2016-2017 school year must begin the pre-enrollment process online.  Parents/Guardians MUST complete the registration process at their neighborhood school in person. Click here to begin the pre-enrollment process.

  • Cafeteria News!

    National School Lunch/Breakfast Program: The online meal application is now available for the 2016/2017 school year. For faster processing please apply online. You may also obtain an application (one per household) from your child's school or at the PVSD District Office.   • 8th Grade Google Account Information

    The pvsdcamarillo.org Google accounts for outgoing 8th grade students will be deleted after June 10th. Students who wish to save their work that is stored in their account can do so by following the instructions found in the link below. Once the accounts are deleted they cannot be recovered so it is important to save your data as soon as possible.

  • Immunization Requirements Starting January 1, 2016:

    1. Parents or guardians of students in any school or child-care facility, whether public or private, will no longer be allowed to submit a personal belief exemption to a currently-required vaccine.
    2. Personal belief exemption submitted before January 1, 2016 to remain valid until a student reaches kindergarten or 7th

  • PVSD 1:1 Learning 

    Today's learners are being challenged to think deeply in all subject areas, develop collaboration skills, and to demonstrate their learning in creative and complex ways. PVSD is committed to providing the best opportunities to students so that they can develop skills that will help them be successful in high school, college, and beyond. Additionally, the educational content of today's classroom is increasingly found online. To this end, PVSD will be providing a Chromebook to every 6th grade student for use at school and at home. Learn more here.

  • LCAP Approved by County

    The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) was recently approved by the Ventura County Office of Education. The LCAP outlines the instructional and financial goals for the Pleasant Valley School District. This plan was written using the input of staff, students, parents, and community members.   • Board Meetings

    TeamworkRegular Board meetings will be at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. Broadcasting will start at 6:00 p.m. on Channel 10 for Time Warner customers and on Channel 29 for Verizon FiOS customers. Agendas are posted the week of the Board meeting. Click here for the 2016 board meeting schedule.

    Special Board meetings are usually conducted at the District Office. Exact location of the meeting is indicated on the agenda.
